Website - Les transporteurs RAM

Category: Site web
Date: December 2025

About this project

Les Transporteurs RAM needed a clear, trust-building website to present their core services (receiving, storage, delivery) and generate inbound leads.\n\nI designed a conversion-first experience with visible CTAs (phone / quote), reassurance sections (reviews, know-how, process), and an online quote flow that lets users quickly estimate a job based on urgency (Standard / Urgent / Express).\n\nIn addition, I built a customer portal that allows clients to place orders directly on the website. Orders are then automatically sent to the ERP, removing manual re-entry, speeding up operations, and improving reliability for the operations team.

Key Features

  • Instant quote in minutes: A short, guided flow to estimate a job quickly, with urgency levels (Standard / Urgent / Express).
  • Secure customer portal: A dedicated portal where clients can sign in and place orders directly from the website.
  • Orders synced to the ERP: Orders created in the customer portal are automatically sent to the ERP, reducing manual re-entry and speeding up operations.
  • Clear, structured service offering: A simple presentation of core services (Receiving / Storage / Delivery) to understand the offer at a glance.
  • Step-by-step process explanation: A “How it works” section that explains the workflow (collect → store → deliver) and builds trust from the first visit.
  • Conversion-first contact paths: Strong CTAs (phone, quote) plus a callback request to reduce friction and generate more inbound leads.

Challenges

Optimizing a marketing site for conversion without losing clarity, Designing a straightforward quote flow (urgency, round trip, instant estimate), Building a customer portal focused on real usage (orders, statuses, feedback loops)", Handling ERP integrations from a web app (data contracts, validation, recovery on failure), Using reassurance patterns (social proof, process, promises) to increase leads, Improving form UX (scheduled callback, concise copy, strong visual hierarchy)
